WIP Wednesday: 10 May 2023

Our first-ever full-devel­op­er-com­mu­ni­ty meet­up was this past Sun­day, and we had excel­lent atten­dance. Thanks to every­one who joined us, and thanks to the folks at Blender, whose own mee­tups inspired the launch of ours. Over the past week we’ve squashed dozens of trans­la­tion-relat­ed bugs, as well a sev­er­al oth­er things caus­ing crash­es or bad geom­e­try. We are approach­ing a fea­ture freeze in antic­i­pa­tion of our 0.21 release, which is com­ing soon.

In this upcom­ing week:

PR stats: In the week from Tues­day, 2 May to Tues­day, 9 May there were 37 pull requests merged, with a total code­base change of +1,435 / ‑1,518 lines (not count­ing trans­la­tion changes). That’s an aver­age merged PR size of +40 / ‑42. We closed 32 Issues, and 15 new Issues were opened.
