This week in FreeCAD development:

Sketch­er: Pad­dle­Stroke and AjinkyaDa­hale refac­tored some parts of the code. Addi­tion­al­ly, Ajinkya fixed half a dozen trim­ming issues.

Tech­Draw: hyari­on con­tributed two poten­tial fix­es for Snap builds (Lin­ux) and fixed a bug where the click posi­tion would be wrong for right-aligned text in templates.

CAM: tarman3 con­tributed a cou­ple of fix­es to the post­proces­sors code and patched the Array oper­a­tion to show few­er warnings.

Among oth­er changes:

• mar­cus­pol­lio, Roy-043, Gopal-001, and semhus­tej con­tributed var­i­ous fix­es to the BIM workbench.
• Rexbas patched the Part work­bench to use the longest straight edge in a face for hor­i­zon­tal or ver­ti­cal align­ment when using the Align to Selec­tion tool.
• FlachyJoe and Pad­dle­Stroke fixed a cou­ple of issues in PartDesign.

Addi­tion­al fix­es were con­tributed by pieter­hi­j­ma, kadet1090, ours­land, luz­paz, captain0xff, dav­es­rock­et­shop, Roy_043, mosfet80, cjmayo, hyari­on, alfrix, chennes, xelathan, xtemp09, and maxwxyz.

PR stats: since the pre­vi­ous report, 53 pull requests have been merged, and 25 new pull requests have been opened.

Issue stats: over­all, there are 2801 open issues in the track­er, up by 12 from last week.
